This looks like it could be gameplay footage for a new Beyond Good and Evil game. The clothes and staff look about right as well as what you can get from the voice acting. The city and vehicles also look very close to the first BGaE. Looks playing it would have similar characteristics of UBI's Assassin's Creed and elements of Mirror's Edge as far as the action looks. Found another article stating there is no official word on a release of the game... at all.
