[netopia] 3347-02 with Wallwatcher as log capture program?

For the last 3 to 4 weeks the company I work for has been going round and round with ATT/Bellsouth about dropping the DSL connection. Techs have been out many times, modem/routers have been changed, new wire from outside of building to modem lacation has been installed and still 2-3-4-5-6-7 times a day the WAN port drops out. Always at the most inappropriate times.
I want to install a logging program to capture the syslogs from the router and have always like Wallwatcher, I use it on my home LAN.
Can wallwatcher capture the output from this modem/router?

Any syslog server ought to work. Just need to tell Netopia which address to use.

I use Kiwi syslog server on my home network.
