Techs have been out many times, modem/routers have been changed, new wire from outside of building to modem lacation has been installed and still 2-3-4-5-6-7 times a day the WAN port drops out. Always at the most inappropriate times.
I want to install a logging program to capture the syslogs from the router and have always like Wallwatcher, I use it on my home LAN.
Can wallwatcher capture the output from this modem/router?
