[Modem] 2wire modem reset wireless settings overnight

Hi All

Just noticed the 2wire dsl modem/router and wifi reset wireless settings overnight was in secured WPA mode when i went to sleep last night, connected wireless PC, and it said unsecured--how the heck did that happen? and should i be concerned that it did that

any replies are welcome
