The main audio issue was fixed when they replaced a head a couple months back...I admit, I assumed (bad me to assume) it would be back based on immediate past observation. Haven't been on tv much and the little time I was, I hadn't noticed sound distortion. I had noticed occasional pixelation/freezes on occasion. Yep, I mentioned it on my 7/30/2009 notation. I even paid a personal vist to the local tech supervisor Mat Belt and the district manager Joe Browning. It is definitely a corporate/engineering policy of pure determined degradation of services for lack of true competition in the immediate area. I am trying to get some other folks involved in complaining to the right sources also.
