| no incoming calls "phone number not in use" message
Incoming calls to my TB number get a "service disconnected, phone number not in service" message since Friday July 31 morning. Callers are unable to reach me and the incoming calls don't show up at all online in my TB account, either. I've been trying to reach TB support at 1-877-415-5635 but get a message "person at extension 7015" not available. I only got a message from NeilL today morning that this issue is being escalated to the engineering dept. Issue not resolved yet. Looks like I need to look for a different VoIP provider - any recommendations? |

Anyway, in answer to your direct question:
* If you want a provider where everything is done for you (like TeleBlend), consider PhonePower.
* If you want to graduate to having your own ATA and being in charge of your own destiny (while dealing with an excellent provider), consider CallCentric.
Some people prefer the comfort of a nice chauffeured limousine, while others prefer to drive their own sportscar. |

| reply to nona Sounds like TB neglected to pay the clec for your DID or it is being ported. As for escalation at TB, it's the same as the check is in the mail. And congrads, you may have been their last subscriber... Better luck with your next provider. |

| Nope there are two of us left. I am early Sunrocket to Teleblend and yes I am having similar incoming issues. It has been intermittant and lately quite often. I was just looking at finding where on Teleblend I find the trouble ticket entry and thought I would look here first. |
