The ZyXEL doesn't work on L1 (Line 1) pins or on L2 (Line 2) pins in the Modem. The DSL LED stays dark, correct?
Based on those results, the ZyXEL is bad or defective or has broken solder joints inside.
Where did the ZyXEL come from? Does it have any warranty?
