| Animation help wanted
I'm looking to create an animated gif of a blimp flying over a city skyline. I want the blimp to enter from the left edge then float across and off the right edge of the city. Is there a program that will create a marquee(?) of the blimp image scrolling across the background image without me having to create any other images? Or must I manually create many images with the blimp at different locations?
Thanks! |

1 edit | The only ones I know of are Image Ready which was included with PS CS2 (not sure about CS3) and I think Adobe Fireworks will do that also. There might be others, but I don't know what they are. Edit: Possibly Ulead GIF Animator (has a tween feature) -- Snake Plissken Might Have Had The Right Idea When He Entered 666...The World Code |

The question is... what OS do you have? Ulead GA 5 may or may not play nice with Vista. Corel stopped supporting it when they bought Intervideo/Ulead. |

| reply to VikingBob I'd be doing this at home on an XP Pro machine. I've been pointed to this tutorial »Simple Scrolling in ImageReady to help me.
I have access to PS CS4 at work and it does tweening so I might try that. |
