 | Frequent disconnection Losing internet every 60 seconds since Friday.
My service has been going down every minute or so since Friday night and it's really wearing on my patience.
I called tech support and i was given a ton of very generic trouble shooting steps like reset modem, direct connection etc etc.
I've never had a service outage that has lasted nearly 3 days before. I was told i would have to wait till Tuesday to even speak to someone that can assist me further. |
