| [CATV] Picture Quality CT
Has anyone in northeastern CT noticed a change in the picture quality? I seem to think the quality has gone down. Not static or anything in the picture. But it seems that they've decreased the bitrate or something. To me at least it seems the picture has more pixelation than it used to. The blocking around words, logos, etc are more pronounced. I have a TiVO HD and CableCARD. This is on all digital and HD channels.
I don't think it's me. The SNR rating is at 36 from diagnostics which I think is good. |

Ashford, CT | I have noticed that, but I am having serious issues with channels 3, 4, 5, and 6? How is your reception on 5 and 6? Seems like someone needs to tune in the antenna!
