| Troubles with WAN IP (SMCWBR14S-N)

Hi Guys, I am having permanent problems with my Barricade SMCWBR14S-N. After device reset Barricade receives IP offer and gets a new WAN IP. After few hours you can see in the log something like: As you can see above, it looses the IP (WAN shows 0.0.0.0) and connection is lost forever until I log in and restart (or go WAN->More Configuration->Save Settings.) Then again for few hours it is working. I tried three differen ver. of FW (12,13,14) but it is always the same. I also contacted my provider, byt it is the largest on we have and they refused to dealt with this issue by saying that all hundreads thousands of customers do not have any troubles / please check your device. :-(
Any idea how to sort this out? Thanks a lot. |
