Re: [Temps] Is my Q6600 dying? Conversely, I'd say go by your CPU temperature; I'd trust Intel's engineering over Abit's any day of the week. The only real way to confirm the problem is to pop out your CPU and test it in another board. Is the system performing well or slowing up from overheating? |

I was thinking the motherboard had to do the measurements. I believe that was the case on the older CPUs without an internal temperature diode. |
