It's not $19.99. It's $19.99 + whatever BS taxes and fees they tack on.
They don't tack on a cent.
If that's true, then they are the only telco that gives you the actual advertised price and does not tack on extra fees etc.
Well believe it, my bill for 3MB/768KB service for 2 years so far has been a consistent flat rate of 27.99/month (Price For Life) NO TAXES OR FEES ADDED!
