I have the 3mb Verizon DSl package for $29.95 per month. They do offer FIOS, but it's a "bundled" phone/fios plan and it's around $79 per month. Their web site shows a $44.95 fios internet plan, but when ordering, it jumps to the bundled plan for $79...
Comcast does offer 3/15 service for $42.95 per month. Considering Verizon's weekly ads in the mail, and pushy door-to-door sales people with major attitudes, I'm considering Comcast in the near future.
