Re: I'm tired of bad service! redelcamino - after checking with the local engineers in your area, we are showing you 23K feet from the DSLAM. The service you have is what we call a 'best effort' DSL service.
We are still working with the field personnel to try to make your service the best possible. As far as your speed profile reflecting 509/254 and in interleave mode, this is standard for subscribers that are using ADSL2+ since your trained rates will hardly ever match the full provisioned rates.
