Looks like you got closer to 25Mbps from the visualware site yes much closer to 25 on the upload from visualware site but slightly higher on rutgers on download speed. rutgers seem to have a pretty good connection also.

Their website says they can take 600Mbps total on their line, so that's decent enough for a few speed tests if you'd ask me. Their test isn't working for me at the moment, stuck connecting but it is loading. -- It's all fun and games in a Team Fortress 2 battle until your sentry gun is sapped by the Spycrab!
