Why not split AT&T again, this time around not into 7 baby bells, let's make it 20, so that it takes them not 20 but 40 years to "regroup" itself again as the death star.
Verizon should be split into at least 3 as well.
Actually "giving them a taste of their own medicine" would not be breaking them up but blocking the CEO's mobile device from doing ANYTHING over the 3G network (email, internet).
