yes Google doesn't allow some apps. Such as the device being thethered. You should know that by now since it was covered before on the last GoogleOS phone.
But since it was a Google product it was okay and doesn't need any gov't regulation such as the iPhone.
FYI, Google isn't allowing it to be in the the Android Marketplace, but it can be freely downloaded on the web because this phone isn't locked down/need to be jailbroken like the iPhone. -- My BLOG! Black Friday Ads
