 79% loss, gaps at end of plot, problem?

I've always thought my net was slow; delays in loading web pages, high latency when playing online...

My plots show gaps at the end of the plot. Is this a problem?
And what's the effect of a 79% loss?

 It looks fine. The upstream routers are just not responding all the pings.

The stuff at the top is most likely your ISP is sensing a DoS attack and are blocking pings.

You can call your ISP and ask for a ping check for packet loss and latency.
