Re: Some areas in Florida have 3.0 Betting that Las Cruces, NM is sold by 2010 so they don't have to do any upgrades yet still claim they met their deadline. The smaller markets with no competition get screwed. |

 | Qwest has started deploying ADSL2+ and VDSL2 in Las Cruces so it might be more competitive than you think. They just started deploying around the university area and around mesilla valley mall. From what I have seen if you live near Roadrunner Pkwy it's 40M paradise. Lots more activity to come in the following months.
