Re: [General] Finally spoke with an advanced tech from Verizon I was actually able to go to the Verizon store and have ordered a replacement EC168 since the PRL didn't go through (what tech told me to do, and no charge to me). I thought about changing the PRL, but I didn't know how to switch the file to PRL. It's probably easy to do, but I've had enough problems with this merger. I just want everything to work. Hopefully the store should receive the new EC168 in a few days. |
