Just out of curiousity, if everything is down, how are you posting?

And if everything's out I guess all you can do is wait. Someone might've taken out a box or something. It also might be Docsis 3 upgrades, but to take all 3 services out at this time of day usually means that something major happened. Hardware needs replacing or something.

So, sit back and relax and when things get back online let us know.

My service is back up HSI/CDV (IDK about the TV since I have DirecTV not Cable TV) Speeds look normal: »www.speedtest.net/result ··· 8272.png Hopefully it stays up this time and doesn't go back down. I also went ahead and checked signal levels:

Downstream
Freq/Power: 591.000 MHz 15 dBmV
Signal to Noise Ratio: 36 dB
Modulation: QAM256
Upstream
Freq/Power: 36.800 MHz 38 dBmV
Channel Type: DOCSIS 1.x (TDMA)
Symbol Rate: 2560 kSym/sec
Modulation: QAM16

a downstream of pwr lvl of 15 isn't good....i'd be calling to have a tech come out and check that out.

Sure, but wouldn't that be just cause of what's going on? What was his signals like before?

Well I don't know why it would be that high considering I don't have any splitters on the line, the cable line comes in from the street goes through the grounding block (which was replaced when I first got service a couple weeks ago) and then it goes directly into the Arris TM502G.

The downstream power level has been fluctuating between 14-17 dBmV since I signed up for service

Splitters reduce the signal, I would definitely have a tech out
