To your drop, to the tap, and amp, all the way back to the CMTS. (ISP)

Your best bet is to look at the things from the drop to your box. If you cannot find anything, then call your ISP and ask for a ping test for latency and packet loss.

From the line quality tests it looks like the connection is fine until it gets to my computer, then it shoots up by about 300ms.
