Wow glad to hear that I am not a knowledgeable person. :P I go to work at my job day after day without a contract. And you can't throw the oh your not a highly skilled tech at me either. I keep linear accelerators working day by day all without having a union lording over me or my employer.
You are only skilled if it is a flux capacitor.
