Charlotte, NC | Most managers like unions Low level managers like the fact they don't have to deal with who does or does not get a raise, it makes formal many rules that make life easier for them. Most problems come when a upper management control freak thinks the world revolves around him. He should be the only one that makes a living and would love to be a manager in China.
Just remember if the middle class disappears would you be on the have or the have not side of the fence like most of Latin America. Unions do not solve all the problems but it allows average workers some protection. |
