I just switched from 3mb DSL to Roadrunner. RR is quoted as 10mb/2mb, but I have been consistently seeing much faster speeds. I have had the 3mb DSL for years, but again, there has been no speed increase. I called, and cannot get 7mb DSL....so time to switch out to cable.
