| [Serious] It's over.
At 10:55 A.M. my Mom died at home. She was 80 years old. She had just come out of the Hospital 3 weeks ago when she complained of chest pains, and the cardiologist said two heart valves weren't opening/closing right Sometimes they would open, and sometimes they would almost shut completely closed.
Well they evidently closed completely and she at least went quickly & without pain, with the people she loved around her.
At least she isn't in pain anymore and free of Alzheimer's now. 
At least the hospice people have been a big help to me & my brother.

I am so sorry for your loss, Craig. I know how much you love her, that there is a great, big, hole in your heart right now.

I'm sorry your mom died. Losing a parent, especially one you're close to, is awfully hard. At least from what you describe the end may have been peaceful for her. Being around people you love ---- there's very little in life that's better. Maybe nothing. said by Santa Fe  :Well they evidently closed completely and she at least went quickly & without pain, with the people she loved around her.
