Keep in mind that RCN's footprint in TOTAL is probably no bigger than the state of Vermont as a whole.. so that is no big job for even FTTP, let alone docsis upgrades compared with the top 5 cable & telco companies.
Let us see something new such as a $60 price tag per month UNLIMITED for 60mbits down 60mbits up. Otherwise, it's just another blip on the path to next generation broadband at affordable (non early adopter) rates.
