| This might be something for Arbitron...or Nelson My friend was contacted by Nelson to wear a device all day long. Apparently, the device records a frequency that is on all radio/satellite and tv broadcasts.
I wouldn't put past that Comcast, etc, want something that verifies the user is present.
But isn't the point of a DVR to record when you AREN'T there in the first place?
