The internet in my area is pretty stable. Video however is spotty. There have been at least three nights in the last 30 days where all digital and most analog channels have a frozen picture on the screen. Almost like some tech hit the freeze frame button and left it there for over three hours.
I HATE charter's stupid on year pro stuff. It is such a pain in the butt to have to call in and threaten to leave in order for the price to stay sane. This year I may be tempted to just switch to Dish. If Charter did not act like a highway robber, I would feel better about them.
