We've had problems from day one, and rarely a week goes by without me on the phone with someone.
Most apartments have a multi-dwelling plan for either Dish or DIRECTV. Check it out and see if you can qualify. Your apartment manager should be able to tell you, and if not, then the satellite provider should be able to let you know.
