Last time i asked about UBB billing to the Business tech support, they said there will not be any billing changes - but.. they are wholesalers right? Any confirmation if anyone knows if it would affect Bell Business accounts?

I believe these are changes to wholesale only... Bell retail (residential or business) aren't covered by this tariff. -- Working to bring you closer to a Bell and Rogers free household.
