Cheyenne, WY | Qwest can just stay out Wyoming has been burned so many time by US West and then Qwest we no longer trust them to do anything for the less juicy area's of this state. If they could use this money to fix up Boulder, or Highland Ranch they would , but being forced to spend it in Burns,Wyoming, or Watch Nunn Grow, Colorado no way.
