Re: Can you cancel? Ahhh, OK, no contract. Then the answer is simple. Walk. Maybe you can let them know why, but just leaving enmass should convince them that this is not a workable business practice.
I did it with Comcast and their crappy DVRs and overcharging. Too bad more didn't, it might have had an impact. Instead, I'm stuck with lower speed broadband options and crappy expensive cable TV options due to my neighbors' refusal to vote with their wallets. I guess being fat-asses in SUVs on their cell phone's isn't enough - they need their chips and cable when they're on the couch. |
