It's a private company

If a product does not have a feature go to another vendor. The person bringing the suit should be made to pay all costs to the courts and the companies. Americans are acting more and more like kids at the checkout counter. I did not get my way.

While the overall assessment is basically correct, as applies to this situation, it's not. When someone advertises a feature (presumably to encourage further sales) and a basic timetable for it and demonstrates an existing ability to deliver it to other users/devices, then people have grounds to seek redress. Given that the seeking of redress is not without grounds, it's a bit hard to characterize it in the manner that you have.
