| AT&T Sucks A$$ I really hope that as soon as the exclusivity deal ends with AT&T, Apple runs, and runs far and away from AT&T. I'm willing to pay for a CDMA iPhone. Shit... I'll take the iPhone on Sprint. I don't need an iPhone that works in Antarctica or the middle of the Congo... Honestly I refuse to pay roaming fees. |

The only possbility where the iPhone can show up is on Verizon. But Verizon is notorious for control over their handsets by crippling features. I can totally see them pulling some shit like this as well. People wanna bitch and moan about AT&T but Verizon is no better if not worse. |

You don't think Sprint is relevant anymore.
Go check out the Sprint store on Kennedy Blvd & 32nd Street. It's forever packed... but anyway... I've had sprint for 12 years, and to be they just keep getting better. Have a great plan, lots of minutes, if I ever go over I pay a nickle a minute, got all I can eat data.
I do have an iPhone, and the only reason why I have it it's because work pays for it, otherwise I wouldn't.
When AT&T figures out how to switch a phone call from 1 tower to the next without making people sound like they're alien invaders or ducks I'll consider them as a company. Hands down Sprint has better voice quality than ATT. |

I just took back my Palm Pre and had AT&T port my number back over from Sprint. I claimed I was ignorant of the "porting = contract cancellation" and avoided the ETF.
Sprint has quite a long ways to go. While their network is fast, it has quite a few holes in it. I don't receive a signal at my location in Vegas, and while I was in LA this weekend, I was at 1x with 1-2 bars of service at Edwards AFB and Valencia. Anaheim had some pretty terrible results as well. I think you can attribute that to the fact that they aren't a telco anymore and special access lines cost a bundle, but AT&T coverage in my areas is leaps and bounds over Sprint.
If the iPhone went to Verizon, I'd probably pick it up. Sprint? Not unless they fix the holes in their network.

ever consider why its pack, they close several area stores? that one does phone repair? the network is so bad people are there with issues? billing is messed up so they are there to fix that? i mean there alot or reasons for a place to busy, shoot go look at a level 1 trauma center/hospital in a major city, there buzy, must be because of the great hospital food. |
