Then the suits asked themselves what can they tell customers who want SMS but make it believable. It's all about numbers; anyone who believes otherwise is a fool. How to maximize profits while keeping cost at a minimum. Of course, I personally wouldn't run a business like that because just look at how "hated" AT&T is right now. I have not heard of many companies go under who treat their customers right, with respect, and listen and adjusted to their feedback.
Or perhaps AT&T just needs a twitter. And if they have one, obviously they don't read it. |
