I had one in Fremont OH who refused to fix a card out in the crossconnect box down the street.
Probably because there are no cards in a crossbox.

Yea last time I checked there are not many in a x-connect box either. Although if I happen to see the one open down at the end of the street I will be sure to request my card changed!
