1 edit | Anyone Having problems in Port Orchard?
For at least the last week my internet cable service has been barely usable in the evenings. I have the 6mbps service, but starting around 7 pm, I'm lucky to get 1mbps. I called technical support and suggested it was a usage problem because my connection is fine during the day, but they insisted that there were no usage problems in Port Orchard. Is anyone else having problems in Port Orchard?

| reply to dalziell Techs were just here and said everything was fine. Of course everything is fine now since I only have problems in the evening.
They keep on insisting I'm the only one in Port Orchard with speed issues. |

1 edit | I've also been told I'm the only one having issues.
Like you techs come during the day and never find a problem. It's the evening hours when everyone gets home from work that things slow down.
I will admit things are better, my ping times are much lower than they used to be. |

Oh I bet they will belly up to the bar and admit it. They been having issues SINCE they rolled out 18/2 service. The idiots did not test all they cared about is profits not us the endusers |
