Anyone Having problems in Port Orchard?

For at least the last week my internet cable service has been barely usable in the evenings. I have the 6mbps service, but starting around 7 pm, I'm lucky to get 1mbps. I called technical support and suggested it was a usage problem because my connection is fine during the day, but they insisted that there were no usage problems in Port Orchard. Is anyone else having problems in Port Orchard?

They are messing with the system perhaps. Installing the 18MB service. They need to fix it internet slowed down to a crawl and kills my voip programs

Techs were just here and said everything was fine. Of course everything is fine now since I only have problems in the evening.

They keep on insisting I'm the only one in Port Orchard with speed issues.

I've also been told I'm the only one having issues.

Like you techs come during the day and never find a problem. It's the evening hours when everyone gets home from work that things slow down.

I will admit things are better, my ping times are much lower than they used to be.

I am too they lie they know they have issues they are to egotistical to admit to their mistakes I say everyone in Port Orchard go to their cable store with their modem stating IF YOU GUYS DONT ADMIT TO YOUR MISTAKE OF NOT ADMITING THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE SERVICE WE ARE GOING TO COMCAST

Oh I bet they will belly up to the bar and admit it. They been having issues SINCE they rolled out 18/2 service. The idiots did not test all they cared about is profits not us the endusers

They changed my route to the net today. My 3rd hop is now different and now have massive lag and timeouts.
