[TW] Greater Los Angeles area slow speed at night?

Anyone have this problem?

I moved to my new apartment over a month ago. Been having very bad connection at night time between 6pm-2am.

I was originally TW/RR customer, and their tier 3 tech said they need to open a NOC (network operation center?) ticket and move me to a new server blade. After 2 weeks I did not hear back from them and my connect hasn't improved so I called them back. One of the rep told me to try "Earth Link".

Well it's the same damn connection and it's been 6 weeks now and still no improvement.

What can I do at this point? I'm getting quite frustrated. =(

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Same to my issue.

Level 3 keeps telling me they reported issue and will call me back 24-48hrs from client relation, but I still dont hear anything from them as alway.

Wish FIOS is ready for my area already, sick tired of this kinda bullshit and excuse.

even at day time, on weekend, I am getting 0.5mb download too. WTF. /sigh

Saddest part is, I have no other high speed alternative at all. Verizon services our phone line and TV but not internet.
