| Smartbro upgrade from 384kb to 512. Last month, I noticed my connection was fast, about 512kb+. I was suprised of my download speed. I as a subscriber didn't inform us that they upgraded their system. At first, it was a good news. But when I was online 24/7 for a couple days, I noticed that my connection is only fast only at 1am till 10am. From 10am onwards, I'm only getting 100-200kbps.
I felt that If the neighborhood is fast asleep, my can have my full connection speed.
