|  Dead DSL in McAllen TX
My ATT Elite dsl at home just died about 2 hours ago. I am running a speedstream 5100 modem and have had little to no problems here in the 5 years ive lived here. About 2 months ago i upgraded from pro to elite and all has been perfect up until today. The modem will not connect even with DSL Sync. if i run a connection test it fails on ATM and everything below. Any ideas? |

There is currently an outage in the McAllen area affecting the following zip codes:78501, 78503, and 78504. There is currently no ETR at this moment. If I'm still at work when there is an update, I'll post it.

Green dsl light, modem shows sync in config page but will not connect. Connection test results in everything at and after ATM test failing. |

OK. Frohike 's post indicates there is a problem. It's probably in your POP with some of the ATM circuits. |
