You are WITHIN Range of your speed. You BURST up to 10megs which means you won't get it. They have you set at a basic of 2megs on their site.
So don't expect you'll get anything more than 2megs unless the network is dead then you MAY hit more speed. as far as pings i couldn't tell you about that.
