Colo needed in Sacramento

Hi there-I have a client who needs 1/2 cabinet in or around Sacramento (at least within an hour of downtown Sac).

1/2 Cabinet
Need at least 20A power
5MB minimum (usually only bursts up to that, sustains about 1-2MB)
