Didn't Sprint's 3G start out as uncapped as well?

Also, this 4G is actually 3.5G... but who's counting.

What are the restrictions on this? Can it used for remote access and file transfers? Do you need a Sprint phone plan to use this?

Whatever level of 'G' you want to call it, it is the same level of 'G' as LTE.
