1 edit | That is a timeout error code. Which means the server is not responding to your request. You could have a signal issue or TWC is having issues. |

If you are still having the problem:
1. How many boxes in the house
2. Are all cable wires leading up to the box new
3. How many times in the wire leading up to the box spilt or coupled? A lot? Is it connected to another TV without a box? |
