Account in Durant OK

I have a branch office in Durant OK that has ATT DSL. We haven't been able to login for two days. After AT&T sent a tech he told my office mgr. that AT&T had deleted several accounts from their server and we would be down for an undetermined time. I find this hard to believe that they would have such a debacle.

Has anyone else heard anything to this effect in the southeastern part of Oklahoma.
