| docsis3 i have been using 20 mbit line since lubbock began offering it in december using a docsis 2 router. last week they downgraded me to the 8 mbit line and tried to argue that the router they provided me in december would not support full speed of the 20mbit line, and wanted me to pay 75 dollars for a new docsis 3 router. i told them to put my service back on (without a new modem) and can assure you, i'm getting 100% of the speed that i'm paying for (although 2mbit upload is too slow) |

| Which service do you have? I have Preferred High Speed
Internet. Should mine top out at 8mbit, or should I be getting 20mbit also? I usually test around 7.5mbit most of the time. |
