I've had to deal with many cable companies over the years for both cable TV and internet support.

I'd have to say that the techs @ Suddenlink - from Customer Service all the way to top tier network support are probably the best trained and most knowledgeable i've encountered.

I had an issue that involved an Xbox 360 not streaming movies through a router that I owned connected to a cable modem that I also owned, and despite not being responsible for any of my equipment, the handful of techs I dealt with over the past few days were more than willing to at least TRY to help me with each of the aforementioned pieces of tech.

now if you could just get movies-on-demand set up in my area, I'd be able to throw away all these DirectTV ads that keep showing up in the mail
