And don't wait till the last minute to order. That isn't Verizon's fault.
I assume you tried to order online but it wouldn't take the order?
If the database did indeed had an error, and it was fixed then just sit back and wait for the next promotion.
The Internet uses the same database as Verizon uses. So you should have ordered online and checked online availability.
I wouldn't have had an issue like that since my address is correct in the system, I can't comment on your own address however.
My address is IN the system but FIOS is not available here. |

| I just found out when I got my bill today.
These aren't upgrades. It's just a way to force you to pay for more for FIOS. Since they no longer offer 5 meg service anymore. All of a sudden Verizon thinks everyone is going to spend $15-20 more every month for internet in this bad economy. Doesn't make sense to me. People will jump back to cable faster than they jumped to FIOS. See ya. |
